December 11th!

Are you worried about getting a little holiday-belly?
I know there's just too much yummy food during the Christmas season, and it's almost impossible to resist. Well.. I don't think you should resist any way. There's a great thing you can do to keep your weight or even lose a few pounds!

GREEN TEA!!! (I've tried it myself and it works wonders!) 

Easy as that. If your looking for a way to maintain your body weight without doing any extra exercises or going on a radical diet after the new year, try drinking green tea with every meal, or at least once a day. Green tea is proven to help burn fat faster and get rid of any extra fluid your body isn't using. You'll be surprised how much better you look and feel when you aren't carrying around any extra fluid.
Drinking green tea also detoxes you body every time you drink it, so don't worry about what you'll eat these few days. 
Also great to know: a lot of people's skin reacts to the fatty food and freaks out during these days, so thanks to the detoxing that shouldn't happen.
